AUDIO

You may schedule a Conference Call either by telephone, online or by fax. For telephone reservations, please contact us at

For online reservations, please complete our Online Audio Reservation Form.

A Conference Specialist will ask you for some information, including:

  • the date and time of the Conference Call
  • the number of participants
  • the names and telephone numbers of the participants (for a Dial-out Call)
For fax reservations, please fax us a reservation form at +27 11 884 7242.

Once we receive your fax, a Conference Specialist will confirm the information by phone.


VIDEO

You may schedule a Video Call either online or by telephone.

SCHEDULING A CONFERENCE

There are two basic steps involved in scheduling your video conference:
(1) a video reservation and (2) site testing.


Video Reservation
A Conference Specialist will ask you for some information, including:

  • the date and time of your conference
  • the type of conference (dial-in or dial-out)
  • the sites (or individuals) participating in the conference
  • whether a site is a video or audio-only participant
  • at what bandwidth each location is able to transmit
  • the network numbers for each location

Site Testing
A site test is the only preparation required. Simply schedule a site test with us for each of your locations at a time convenient for you. Our multipoint bridge detects the data from your terminal, automatically providing us with the necessary information on each of your sites. At that time, one of our Video Specialists will determine which standards are most appropriate for your conference.
